What’s included in the rent?

Your monthly rent at Giorgio includes access to all amenities, including the 24th-floor rooftop lounge, fitness studio with commercial-grade equipment, bike storage, parcel lockers, games room, and dog wash station. In-suite appliances, including your washer/dryer, are included. Utilities such as water, electricity and heating will be submetered, the exception being internet, which is included.

Yes. Each suite at Giorgio includes individually controlled air conditioning and heating, ensuring year-round comfort in every unit. 

Yes — Giorgio is a pet-friendly community. We welcome cats and dogs with some breed and size restrictions. Please contact our leasing team for details about pet policies and deposits. 

Surface and underground parking is available on-site. Giorgio also offers extensive bike storage, a car share program, and is located directly across from the Grand River LRT station for easy commuting without a vehicle.

Standard lease terms are 12 months, with select shorter-term leases available on a case-by-case basis. Contact our leasing team to explore flexible options. 

Yes, Giorgio offers select floorplans that are ideal for shared living arrangements. All roommates must submit individual applications and be approved. 

At this time, Giorgio offers unfurnished suites only. However, we can recommend local furniture rental services upon request. 

Yes. Giorgio is committed to accessibility and offers barrier-free suites as well as common areas that comply with accessibility standards. 

Move-ins will begin upon occupancy date, which you can confirm with our leasing team. You’ll receive detailed instructions and support to make your move seamless.
